Lelantos Ventures Inc. operates digital products and online software services, including DooKIO and DogOut.
Digital Products and Services
Due to the nature of digital products, creator services, subscriptions, and online platform access, certain purchases may be non-refundable once access has been granted or services have been delivered.
Subscription Cancellations
Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing cycles but does not automatically provide refunds for previously billed periods unless required by law.
Refund Requests
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted in situations involving:
- Duplicate charges
- Technical failures
- Unauthorized transactions
- Failure to deliver purchased services
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Lelantos Ventures Inc. before initiating chargebacks through their financial institution.
